The B2MOM driven PMS process EMPOWERS its mangers to drive team performance and team development, and considers COACHING to be the inherit trait of a ‘Leader’ and builds ACCOUNTABILITY for ‘reward’ decisions.

 

The Company provides its managers the opportunity to undertake a 15 months’ Certified General Management Programme, at International Management Institute (IMI), Kolkata. This ensures providing leadership training to its managers and making them future ready.
